Overlooking a  vantage view of the 9th Green of the New Course, the Gymnasium offers a spacious floor space and a good layout of equipment for Members to enjoy their exercises in a serene environment.

A visit to our gymnasium will not cause one to be over-whelmed by the crowd or myriads of complicating-looking machines.  Whether for simple exercises or more strenuous workouts, Members will can use the range of the state-of-the-art equipment at their own leisure in comfortable, private surroundings. Work out on the treadmill while watching Astro channels on the over-head LCD TVs.

For those who need instructions in using a machine, the gym assistant is in attendance.

Bye-Laws and Regulations: Strictly for Members’ use only.  No entry for children below 15 years old.

Whether be it to achieve the ideal body physique, improve the golf game or for specific sports fitness, the personal trainers at the Gymnasium from Pinnacle Fitness will be able to guide and coach Members to reach their goals.

All programmes are on a one-to-one individual basis.  Below are some of the standard programmes for the general levels of training.  Customised programmes could  be developed after fitness assessment by the trainers to cater for individuals. Make a date for fitness and health now.

About the Personal Trainers

All trainers of Pinnacle Fitness are internationally certified and accredited.

The head trainer Mark Pajich is a Certified Master Personal Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) which is internationally accredited through the Federation International Sport Aerobic Fitness (FISAF).

Dress Code: Proper sports attire that suits the activity

A lap or two in the 50-metre Olympic-size pool or the 25-metre pool is simply refreshing for exercising the muscles or just to cool off from the sweltering heat. For the kids, the wading pool is just tempting for some splashes and fun. After the dip, relax at the Poolside Pavilion for a drink or some snacks. Families with young children can always look forward for a weekend of quality time by the poolside.

*Children below 9 must be accompanied by an adult Member or a resident swimming instructor at all times while in the pool.

*Children below 12 are not permitted to enter the main swimming pools unless they are able to swim competently and the responsibilities to ensure the child’s swimming competency shall be with the accompany Member or qualified swimming coach. 

*Specific lanes or an entire pool may be reserved/closed for training sessions.

Meditating in Motion

The way to attaining balance, harmony and inner energy, Martial Arts provides exercises for those who prefer a slower form of action.  Slowly but surely, it will rejuvenate and energise the body with the warmth and strength of the inner energy flow.  At the same time, enhance your mental & physical strength while improving your agility.

Enjoy a lively game of tennis at the RSGC. Playing singles or doubles or just to improve the strokes, the spirit of good company and camaraderie  abound.

From seven grass courts and three hard courts, tennis players can take advantage of the scenic view of the adjacent golf courses and the swimming pools while enjoying their games.

TENNIS FLOODLIT COURTS

Grass Courts: The Flood Lights will be switched off after 7.30pm. Under failing daylight, players needing to finish their games may switch on the relevant flood lights. The lights are to be switched off immediately after the game is over.

Hard Courts: Flood Lights can be switched on for play up to 10.00pm.

Opening Hours: Grass Courts (10.00 am to 7.30 pm) and Hard Courts (7.00 am to 10.00 pm).
